I'll be expanding my product line to include both geocaching and nongeocaching items. I've been wanting to expand into other areas for awhile now and I'm very excited about some of my new ideas.

11/02/08 Update:

*** Dragonfly Talisman remint is currently in production. I'm reminting 200 geocoins. There are 2 new metal/color combinations being minted. Due to limited time and wanting to get some other projects started, I decided to make a small run of new coins with the option to mint additional versions at a future date.

*** Earth Turtle 2008 Geocoin Christmas Version: Due to time constraints, I have reopened this design in lieu of the Baby Earth Turtle design. So there will be a limited number of Christmas geocoins produced. I will not being taking reservations for this design since it will be a limited edition (LE). I will however consider limiting the amount each customer can purchase. I will announce the details prior to the sale. I anticipate having these available at the very end of November.

***For those of you who like nontrackable coins. I do currently have a Christmas coin in production. Originally I had wanted to produce a trackable coin for Christmas but having taken on a full-time job and minting coins for others has restricted the amount of time I have available to work on my own designs. However, I 'tweaked' the original design, made it a bit smaller and thinner for use as a Christmas tree ornament. I won't reveal the design but it's very cute. I am currently only minting 1 version but may add 1 or 2 other metal/color combos. It's a personal coin and a dedication to my late Aussie dog 'Cowboy'. Since it's nontrackable the sale won't be announced on GC.com.

***Neptunes Compass: I've been wanting to get this coin started for some time now but I keep having to delay designs to wrap up other projects. I am excited for this coin to come to life and hope to have it ready in December when everyone is broke from the Holiday season :)

***Baby Earth Turtles: I'm sorry to disappoint you all but I have decided to cancel the Baby ET's project altogether. The mint could not seem to get the design right and it became too frustrating. I'm not saying you won't see a Baby ET in the future but it just isn't going to be the one I drew a few months ago.

***Spirit Medicine Series: I believe it was last summer that I posted about doing the Spirit Medicine Series of 3 or more coins. (Spirit of Thunderbird, Spirit of Bear and Big Dog Medicine Shield (horse design)). I still have those planned and for the most part the designs are done from a drawing aspect. Since these designs are so important to me, I have not felt the time is right to mint them and a number of you have been asking about them over the months. I anticipate a 2009 appearance, some time in Spring. I'll update my websites when I'm putting the designs to mint. They will be trackable.

***Earth Turtle 2009: I have some interesting news on the Earth Turtle designs. Seeing as they are so popular, I have decided to make 2009 the year of the Earth Turtle. What does that mean you ask? I plan on minting no less than 2 and no more than 4 Earth Turtle designs this year. Yes, up to 4 different designs all in 1 year. Seeing as how popular the Earth Turtles have become and over the past 2 years I have drawn so many possible designs for these little guys, I am going to let the designs come to life. You will see some very ornate and detailed to surprising designs. There should be a little something that everyone likes in 2009 all while keeping 'Mother Nature-Cache with care' theme. So be on the lookout for the 2009 Earth Turtle Invasion!
