Wow, I haven’t posted here for awhile. I actually tried last week but it wouldn’t take my pictures for some reason.
I have been so busy getting ready for Geocoinfest, I come home from work and try to get a little bit done each night plus household stuff.
The webstore cart issue is still being addressed. I’m at my wits end with that. Come to find out the last 2 sales that were announced, products oversold because the webstore was being tweaked while the sale was running. Everyone thought things couldn’t get worse but on my end, it has when it comes to the store. I’m tired of the whole mess. When GCF is over, there will be 1 last sale in an attempt to see if the programmers can nail down the last issues. I’ve been told it’s only minor stuff now (what is minor?). If that sale does not work, I’ve let the company know that I’m done with this working on issues. I think 5 months of stress is enough, in the end, I’m the one who has had to deal with all of it and the ramifications of things not working.
What does this mean? I’m not sure. I decided I’m not going to worry about it anymore. I will worry about it the day of the sale after i get home from GCF. I’ll see what happens and make a decision based on results. I can only say that what was once something I was very proud of and so excited to offer my customers ( a pleasant shoppping experience) has turned into a lengthy mini-nightmare on my end. Most people have been very patient which I appreciate but some people have let me know that their patience has ended.
So there you have a webstore update although there wasn’t much to say in the way of here’s what’s going on. It would appear it’s just a decision on my end to call it quits with “fixes” and get back to a point where this is fun again

I’m really sorry to hear that the last few months have not been fun for you, tsun. Maybe I’m a “half full” type of person, but I really like the anticipation of the sales (or the trades, if I miss the sale for whatever reason), opening your envelopes to see the pretty goodness, and then sharing that with others who missed out if I have extras. Of course I’ve been disappointed, but when an item is popular with a LOT of people I think we should all be realistic and expect some disappointment. A little disappointment makes success SO much more gratifying when you get it!
Have you ever thought of creating a pseudonym? Stephen King has written some novels as “Richard Bachman.” It would be interesting to see if your coins would sell as quickly if sold by someone else… I like to think I know your style, but I wonder if I could tell the difference if a tsun coin was presented to me as something designed by someone else?! Just a thought, and it might be fun to pretend to be someone else for a while - a new way to make this stuff fun!

Hello Tsun, we are sorry to hear that the website is not been up to your expectations, and been this way for 5 months, your right you are the one that has to deal with the site crashing, coins over selling and not to mention all the disappointed people and having to hear from them. There is been times we were disapointed as well, but we have learned to just go with the flow and know we are no the only ones here in this situation. We try to keep our heads up and not try to let is worry us as we know you most always do remints.
